General information
Wedgewood Hotel & Spa is an independent, family-run boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver, facing Robson Square and the Vancouver Art Gallery. A Relais & Châteaux member, it is one of the city’s most intimate luxury addresses, with just 83 rooms, suites and penthouses.
The interiors are conceived as a European country house: antiques, original paintings, custom-made furniture, velvet and dark wood. There is the Bacchus restaurant and lounge, a spa, a fitness room opening onto a garden terrace and four spaces for private events and weddings, from a 20-seat library to a ballroom and the Chelsea Terrace. The concierge, valet parking and complimentary bicycles take care of the city logistics.
Location
The hotel stands on Hornby Street in downtown Vancouver, opposite Robson Square and close to the city’s shopping streets and galleries. Burrard SkyTrain station is 600 m away and Vancouver International Airport 15 km, around half an hour by car.
Spa
The Spa at Wedgewood is a calm retreat with a relaxation lounge, a eucalyptus steam room, private treatment rooms and spacious couples’ massage suites. The menu covers massage, facials and body treatments, nail care and seasonal rituals.
Sports & leisure
The guests-only fitness centre overlooks the Chelsea Garden Terrace, with Technogym cardio machines, Peloton and Keiser bikes, a functional trainer and free weights, plus the spa’s eucalyptus steam room for afterwards. Private yoga sessions are taught one to one. Complimentary hotel bicycles suit a ride along the Seawall and the city’s cycle routes, and the concierge helps plan them.
For children
The restaurant offers a children’s menu, and babysitting can be arranged on request.

Dining at the hotel revolves around Bacchus.

Dogs are welcome: up to two per room, each up to 14 kg, and they may not be left alone in the room.
Rooms
The 83 rooms, suites and penthouses are done in warm tones with European touches and marble bathrooms, and most have a private balcony. The penthouses on the 12th and 14th floors add their own terraces overlooking Robson Square.

Veranda Suite
An open-plan suite with a king bed, a living area with sofa and a workspace. A large private veranda looks over the city towards the mountains; up to three guests.
Executive Room
A room with a queen, a king or two double beds, a workspace and an armchair, facing the laneway. The marble bathroom has a tub with shower; some 12th-floor rooms add a small balcony.
Deluxe Executive Room
A king room with a double-sized soaking tub in the bedroom and a marble bathroom with walk-in shower. The private balcony looks onto Robson Square or the city.
Junior Suite
A king bed, a distinct sitting area, a sofa bed in some suites and a private balcony. Sleeps up to three.
One-Bedroom Suite
French-style sliding doors separate the living room from a bedroom with a king or two double beds. Private balcony and marble bathroom.
Deluxe Suite
A living room with a balcony over the Robson Square gardens and a bedroom behind French doors with a king or two double beds. Marble bathroom with tub, some with a separate walk-in shower.
Wedgewood Suite
A king bedroom with two marble bathrooms, one with a jetted tub and one with a walk-in shower. The living room has a wet bar, a workspace and a balcony facing Robson Square.
Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite
Two bedrooms and two marble bathrooms either side of a living room with a balcony and Robson Square views. Sleeps six, suited to families travelling together.
Balcony Penthouse Suite
An individually designed 14th-floor penthouse with antiques, a living room with gas fireplace and wet bar, and a bathroom with jetted tub and heated marble floors. The balcony lounge looks out over Robson Square.
Terrace Penthouse Suite
A 12th-floor penthouse with a residential-style living room, gas fireplace, wet bar and a spa-style bathroom with jetted tub. The spacious furnished terrace has panoramic views of Robson Square.
