General information
Fasano São Paulo is a tower hotel in Jardins, a short walk from the city’s smartest shopping streets. It belongs to the Fasano family, whose name has stood for restaurants and hospitality in São Paulo for more than a century, and it realises restaurateur Gero Fasano’s long-held idea of a hotel with real personality. Its namesake restaurant is among the best-known Italian addresses in South America.
The building is the work of Brazilian architects Isay Weinfeld and Márcio Kogan, who set clean contemporary lines against 1930s references such as an English-brick façade and travertine walls. The 60 rooms are quietly Italian in feel, with linen curtains, Persian rugs, Venetian frames and Murano glass. Beyond them are the Baretto jazz bar, a spa with a 21st-floor pool, a business centre, rooms for private celebrations, and butler and concierge service.
Location
The hotel stands on Rua Vittorio Fasano in Jardins, beside São Paulo’s luxury shopping streets. Avenida Paulista and Ibirapuera Park are about five minutes away by car; Congonhas Airport is 12 km and Guarulhos International Airport 28 km.
Spa
Spa Fasano occupies the upper floors, with five treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and two Japanese ofurô tubs, plus a heated indoor pool on the 21st floor looking out over the city. The menu takes a holistic line: massages, facials and body treatments, chromotherapy and signature rituals such as Sports Therapy, which combines stretching, cupping and gua sha, and Chakra Alignment with essential oils.
Sports & leisure
The rooftop fitness centre has modern strength equipment and a functional-training area, and a personal trainer can be booked at extra cost. The 21st-floor pool, with its city views, is the place to unwind. The business centre and several rooms across the hotel’s restaurants host meetings, showrooms and private celebrations, from small weddings to parties of up to 100 guests.

Sixty rooms and suites in five categories, all looking over leafy Jardins. The style pairs classic elegance with modern comfort: hand-knotted Persian rugs, Murano vases and white marble bathrooms.
Every room has air conditioning, an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar, a king-size bed dressed in Egyptian cotton with goose-down pillows, and a marble bathroom with bath and/or shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Two Bedroom Suite
Two bedrooms (one king, one twin), a large living room with dining area, two walk-in wardrobes and a guest cloakroom. The white marble bathroom has a whirlpool bath.
Suite Deluxe
A spacious living room with work area and marble dining table, and a bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe. The marble bathroom has a soaking tub and separate shower, plus a guest cloakroom.
Suite
A separate living room with armchairs and a bedroom with king-size bed and built-in walk-in wardrobe. The white marble bathroom has a whirlpool bath.
Deluxe Room
A king-size or twin-bedded room with a sitting area of two armchairs and a desk. The marble bathroom has a soaking tub and separate shower; it can connect to a neighbouring room.
Superior Room
A king-size room with sitting and work areas and a white marble shower room. It can connect to a neighbouring room.
