About this hotel
General information
Rosewood Baha Mar sits on the white sand of Cable Beach, on the north shore of New Providence, within the Baha Mar resort. The hotel is wrapped in tropical gardens of native planting where flamingos wander, with pools set in its courtyard and a stretch of beach of its own. There are 131 rooms and 90 suites, plus a penthouse and a handful of villas by the sea.
The hotel takes its character from Bahamian culture. Work by local artists, curated books and island-made objects furnish every room, guided tours are devoted to the art, and the kitchens rely on produce from Blue Fields Farms. Six restaurants and bars range from the French classics of Café Boulud The Bahamas to the Mexican flavours of Costa, Sense spa draws on the islands’ bush-medicine tradition, and the hotel supports reef and wildlife conservation. For weddings and gatherings there are 18 indoor and outdoor event spaces.
Location
The address is One Baha Mar Boulevard on Cable Beach, west of central Nassau. Lynden Pindling International Airport is 10 km away, about 15 minutes by car; Rosewood keeps its own arrival lounge at the airport, and private car transfers can be arranged by the hotel.
Spa
Sense, A Rosewood Spa opens daily and builds its menu around native plants and the old healing practices of the islands. The Lost Remedies series revives bush-medicine recipes: Arawak Body-Balance, with a sea-sponge exfoliation, a moringa wrap and a massage with a rosemary and sage balm; Lucayan Relief for tired legs, with a lignum vitae foot soak and warm cascarilla oil; and the detoxifying Gullah Geechee Tea Tox with neem tea and neem oil. The signature treatment is the Bespoke Beauty Ceremony, and the salon covers hair, make-up, brows and waxing. Rosewood guests may also use Baha Mar’s ESPA spa and its relaxation lounge.

The Lagoon Pool, nearer the sea, suits families and active play, the three-tiered Fan Pool in the grand courtyard is the place for quiet sunbathing, and the Lagoon Whirlpool is tucked away among bamboo. Cabanas and daybeds with service line the pools.
