General information
Hyatt Regency Baku is a city hotel on Izmir Street, in the part of Baku given over to business centres and shopping malls. Its 159 rooms and suites are dressed in warm earth tones and finished woods, and look out over the city, the hotel's own garden or the pool, so the address is central while the pace inside feels closer to a resort.
Much of hotel life gathers around the garden: Mezzo, an Italian restaurant with a terrace, an all-season terrace for tea and light meals, a lounge bar and a large fitness centre with indoor and outdoor pools. Club rooms and suites come with use of the Regency Club lounge. Meetings and celebrations are a strength — the largest event space covers 687 m², and a dedicated team handles conferences, banquets and weddings. Parking for up to 200 cars is free for guests, and room service runs around the clock.
Location
The hotel stands on Izmir Street, close to shopping centres such as 28 Mall and the city's business districts, with a metro station 1.3 km away. Baku Boulevard, the seafront promenade, is a short drive off, and the walled Old City, Icherisheher, with the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, is nearby. Baku's international airport lies about 25 km away; the concierge arranges sedan or limousine transfers to the airport or anywhere else in the city.
Spa
Wellness facilities sit within the complex's fitness centre, which has a sauna, a steam bath and rooms for massage treatments. Hotel guests use all the facilities free of charge, while massages and other treatments are paid directly at the centre.
Sports & leisure
The fitness centre within the hotel complex is a generous one: a spacious gym with up-to-date equipment, a martial arts studio, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and a steam bath. Hotel guests train free of charge, and personal lockers can be rented. Baku Boulevard, the city's museums and its parks are all within easy reach on foot or by car.
Restaurants & bars
Dining leans towards the garden, with most venues opening onto terraces or green views, and in-room dining is available at any hour.

Swimming
The outdoor pool, set with loungers, is on the first floor of the fitness centre and opens in the warmer months; the centre also has an indoor pool for year-round swimming. Swimming caps are required.
Pets
Cats and dogs of up to 10 kg each are welcome, with a maximum of two per room; other animals should be cleared with the hotel in advance. A signed pet agreement and proof of current vaccinations are required. Pets may not enter restaurants or public areas and should not be left alone in the room. Bowls and a pet bed are provided, and pet sitting can be arranged for an extra charge.

The 159 rooms and suites are modern in style, with earth tones and finished woods, and face the city, the garden or the pool. Club rooms and suites include breakfast at Mezzo and access to the Regency Club lounge for afternoon tea, coffee, light snacks, desserts and evening cocktails.
Every room has a large work desk, satellite TV, high-speed internet, individual heating and air-conditioning control, a safe, an iron and board, a hairdryer, mineral water, tea and coffee, and a bathroom with a tub, a walk-in rain shower and Pharmacopia toiletries.

Regency Executive Suite
A spacious suite with a king-bedded bedroom, a living and dining area, a work area and a balcony overlooking the garden; the bathroom has a tub and a walk-in shower, with Regency Club access and breakfast at Mezzo.
Presidential Suite
A suite hung with paintings by Azerbaijani artists and laid with handmade carpets: living and dining rooms, a balcony over the city and garden, a master bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a sauna and a jetted tub, plus a guest washroom, a kitchen and a study area; Regency Club access and breakfast at Mezzo.
