About this hotel
General information
Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers occupies one of the Flame Towers, the glass high-rises that have become a symbol of modern Baku. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Caspian Sea, the rooftops of the Icherisheher Old City and the districts of modern Baku, while the interiors pair calm contemporary design with Central Asian touches.
There are 299 rooms and suites plus 19 serviced apartments, with the suites gathered on the upper floors. The Fairmont Gold floors work as a hotel within the hotel, with a private lounge, an honour bar open through the day, breakfast, afternoon canapés and a dedicated concierge. Carol Joy Spa spreads over two floors and 3,500 m², and two ballrooms and a set of meeting rooms host receptions and conferences; the business centre is open around the clock.
Location
The hotel sits in the Sabail district on the slope above the waterfront: the Icherisheher Old City is about a 15-minute walk away, Icherisheher metro station is close by, and the seafront boulevard and Fountain Square are within an easy stroll. Baku's international airport lies about 25 km away; the hotel runs a private car service to and from it, to be booked through the concierge at least 24 hours ahead. The concierge also arranges chauffeur-driven trips around the city and beyond.
Spa
Carol Joy Spa is laid out on two levels — an active lower floor and a quiet upper floor for relaxation — in warm amber and bronze with touches of crystal. It has a large hammam, saunas, an indoor pool in sea-green tones and the Sky Garden, a sun deck with a poolside sauna looking out over the Caspian Sea. Treatments include a signature facial, a Balinese massage with aromatherapy oil, a signature hammam ritual of steam, body scrub and foam massage, and couples' programmes.
Sports & leisure
The fitness centre, with views over the Caspian Sea, is equipped with Technogym machines including Kinesis, free weights, cardio equipment and Power Plates, plus a functional training area, a studio for group classes and certified personal trainers. For swimming there is a heated indoor pool and a fifth-floor outdoor pool open in the warm season. The concierge plans bespoke city outings, books tables and arranges transport.

Menus across the hotel range over Indian, Azerbaijani and Mediterranean cooking, and afternoon tea is served daily.

- Jazz Club — live jazz evenings with an Azerbaijani-European dinner menu, Thursday to Saturday
