General information
Auriga stands in the centre of Lech, among the mountain slopes and close to the lifts and pistes. Its architecture combines contemporary lines with Alpine tradition; rooms are finished in pale natural wood, and the spacious apartments occupy a separate building 20 m from the main house.
The 1,125 m² spa is designed for unhurried relaxation, with a large lagoon pool filled with mountain river water, saunas and steam rooms, a gym, massage rooms and lounges. The restaurant serves Austrian and international cuisine, the vaulted stone cellar holds more than 6,000 bottles, and after skiing guests gather in the Kaminstube by the fire, in the cigar lounge or around the billiard table.
Location
The hotel is in north-western Austria, in the centre of the ski resort of Lech. Innsbruck international airport is 110 km away and Langen railway station 17 km.
Spa
The 1,125 m² spa has a heated 22-metre indoor lagoon pool filled with clear water from the Lech river, a Finnish sauna, salt and herbal steam rooms, an infrared sauna, two relaxation rooms (one with water beds), an open-air atrium, a 140 m² gym and massage rooms.
Sports & leisure
In winter there is downhill skiing with ski schools, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, skating and snowshoeing. Summer brings cycling and hiking on mountain trails, Nordic walking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, fishing, tennis and golf. The hotel has a heated pool and a billiard room.
