Duxton Hotel Perth sits in the city’s business district, close to the Concert Hall, a leafy park and the Swan River, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Rooms are dressed in warm tones with elegant furniture and up-to-date technology, and windows look out over the river and the city.
The hotel works equally well for business and leisure. Firewater Grille, on the lobby level, has a retro-style cocktail bar, while T.O.T.O – named after the tax office that once occupied the building – serves from breakfast until late. There is an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, eight refurbished event spaces including a ballroom for up to 300 guests, and six private dining rooms. Location
The hotel stands on St Georges Terrace in Perth’s business district, near the Concert Hall, the Swan River and the city’s shops, cafés and restaurants. Perth International Airport is 17 km away (about 25 minutes by car) and the railway station 1.5 km (around 5 minutes).

Overlooking the Swan River, with a living area hung with specially commissioned Indigenous art, a ten-seat Marri wood dining table, a powder room, a kitchenette and an office. The separate bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe, and the marble bathroom, with bath and rain shower, faces the river.
Superior Twin
On the quieter lower levels (floors one to three), with two double beds, a work desk with an ergonomic chair and a bathroom with bath and shower. Available as interconnecting rooms.
